Radiodetection’s PCMx Manager mobile is the companion App for the PCMx locator system and enables corrosion and Cathodic Protection System (CPS) professionals to evaluate the condition and effectiveness of pipeline coatings.

The system can be used to conduct ACCA and ACVG surveys in accordance with ANSI/NACE SP0502-2010 ‘Standard Practice for Pipeline External Corrosion Direct Assessment Methodology’. These surveys, which may be conducted separately or simultaneously, can be used to locate and pinpoint coating defects or identify shorts made by contacts with other structures. 

Survey data are automatically produced every time survey measurements are taken using the Bluetooth interface.

The internal or an optional external GPS system, is used to measure distance from different points and to add Geo-positional information to your surveys.

PCMx Manager mobile allows you to export KML files and to produce maps automatically using Google Maps or Baidu Maps, where this service is available.
